Originally from Lyon, Aurélien Chatard, also known as Bras Noir, is one of France’s most iconic figures in BASE jumping and wingsuit flying. He began his journey in the sport at age 23 and has since completed over 2,000 jumps. Known for his precision, composure, and creativity, his flying style reflects a quest for freedom, adrenaline, and technical excellence.

Aurélien is also an instructor and a pioneer of tandem BASE jumping, offering first-time jumpers the chance to experience flight safely. He shares his passion at Rock Drop, a school where he trains jumpers in a structured and respectful environment tailored to the demands of extreme conditions.
